Just as the Taj Mahal opens for night darshan on the full moon day. Similarly, Taj Mahal should be opened in artificial light till 11 pm every day. This will increase the night stay of tourists in Agra. Local business and trade will also be encouraged. This suggestion was sent by BJP MP and Union Minister of State SP Singh Baghel to Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh. Which Jaiveer Singh has now sent to the Centre.
Union Minister of State SP Singh Baghel had sent the suggestion that Agra is the only city which has three world heritage monuments. Millions of tourists come to visit Taj Mahal every year. But, do not stay at night. In such a situation, Taj Mahal should be opened till 11 pm every day like on full moon day.
Opening of Taj Mahal at night will increase the night stay of tourists. Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh has sent a letter agreeing to the suggestion. It has been requested to take necessary action to open Taj Mahal in artificial light by 11 pm.
